2. Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products, downloadable software, and gift cards.
  • Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank as there may be additional delays.

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


5. Shipping Returns

To return a product, contact us at artivistdigital@gmail.com for the return address.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Digital Products
